missionhealth.io is a capacity-building organization that strengthens individuals and teams working to improve health across the United States. We believe purpose-driven institutions and individuals are essential to advancing health and well-being. Our role is to magnify their impact by investing in the skills, systems, connections, and strategies that power their work.
Right now, a prominent part of that work is artificial intelligence: helping health organizations make sense of it, navigate its fast-moving policy landscape, and put it to work responsibly.
OUR SERVICEs
AI strategy and fractional leadership. We help teams assess where they are, build enterprise-wide AI strategy, and move from planning to action. For organizations that need consistent momentum, we serve as an embedded, fractional AI officer: holding the strategy, filtering the vendor noise, and connecting you with the right implementation partners.
AI literacy and fluency. AI is moving fast, and most health organizations are doing their best to keep up. We help teams build a shared understanding of what AI is capable, and gain the confidence to engage with it strategically and responsibly rather than reactively.
Policy analysis and regulatory navigation. We track and analyze policy, legislation, and regulation, and help teams formulate their positions. That spans the fast-moving world of AI policy and the broader health policy issues that shape your work.
Strategy, planning, and facilitation. Beyond AI, we help organizations think through where they're headed: strategic planning, working sessions, and facilitation that turns hard conversations into clear decisions and next steps.

OUR STORY
Bobby Clark founded missionhealth.io after more than twenty years working across the health ecosystem, from federal policymaking to multinational companies, consultancies, and academia.
His career has included senior roles in government, where he advised the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services and Congress on complex national health issues.
He has also worked closely with the leadership teams of national nonprofits, foundations, and advocacy groups that shoulder major responsibilities and missions.
Through these experiences, Bobby saw the stark difference between those with the capacity to develop new capabilities and experiment with emerging tools and those who were left to navigate complex challenges with limited support.
That imbalance became the catalyst for missionhealth.io.
The goal is direct. Equip mission-driven leaders and the organizations they serve with the capabilities, strategic insight, and connective infrastructure that larger players have at their disposal. Strengthen their skills. Sharpen their systems. Create a shared space where people can learn, experiment, and accelerate their impact.
In Bobby’s words: “The people doing this work matter. They are shaping lives and improving communities. They should have the same support, structure, and strategic lift as anyone else – missionhealth.io exists to make that possible.”
